The problem

The ticket economy is upside down.

The people who create the night (artists, venues and the fans in the room) get the smallest share of what a ticket is worth. The people in the middle get the rest.

27%

Average primary-market fees, U.S. GAO (2018)

Fees stacked on fees

Service fees, facility fees, processing fees. On average they add more than a quarter to the face value of a ticket, and almost none of it reaches the stage.

$0

Typical artist + venue share of a resale

Resale leaves the stage out

When a ticket is resold, the artist and the venue who made the night happen usually see none of that money.

Years

Typical length of an exclusive ticketing deal

Funding with strings attached

Venues get advances by signing long exclusive deals, trading away control of pricing, fees and their own fan data for years at a time.

The platform

One platform. Three engines.

Primary ticketing, a fair resale marketplace and venue capital, working off the same ticket and the same ledger. Each one makes the others stronger.

Capital

Fund the show.
Then sell it out.

Draw an advance to cover artist guarantees, deposits, production or a renovation, sized to what your room actually sells. It’s repaid automatically from ticket payouts, and turning on fair resale can raise how much you qualify for.

The technology

Blockchain under the hood.
Not in your face.

Every ticket is a programmable digital asset on a public ledger. That’s what makes resale splits, transfer rules and instant payouts enforceable. Fans just see a ticket that works.

No wallets. No crypto.

Fans sign in with email or phone and pay with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The blockchain stays under the hood.

Tickets that can’t be faked

Every ticket is unique and verifiable, with an entry code that rotates every few seconds. Screenshots don’t scan.

Rules that travel with the ticket

Resale splits, transfer windows and identity checks are enforced every time a ticket moves. No exceptions.

Splits at the speed of sale

Payout splits are calculated the moment a ticket sells, so artist, venue and promoter see the same numbers.

One shared record

Every sale, transfer and scan is written to a tamper-proof ledger that everyone at the table can audit.

Stubs worth keeping

After the show, tickets become collectible digital stubs with unlockable content, perks and loyalty rewards.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can’t find what you’re looking for?

Talk to our team
Do fans need a crypto wallet?

No. Fans sign up with an email or phone number and pay with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Each account gets a secure wallet automatically behind the scenes. Nobody needs to know what a blockchain is to buy a ticket.

How do resale splits work?

For every event you choose the share of each resale that goes to the artist and the venue. That split is written into the ticket itself, so it’s paid automatically every time the ticket is resold, at whatever price it sells for.

How are advances repaid?

Advances are recouped automatically from your ticket payouts at an agreed rate, so there are no monthly bills to manage. Advance size is based on your ticket sales history and projected shows. Income from resale splits can increase how much you qualify for.

What happens if a show is cancelled?

Refunds go back to the original payment method automatically, including for fans who bought on resale. Because every ticket’s history is on the ledger, there’s no guesswork about who paid what.

We’re under contract with another ticketing company. Can we still switch?

Often, yes. We’ll review your current agreement with you, map out timing, and can structure funding to help with the transition. Many venues start with shows that fall outside their existing deal.

How fast do we get paid?

Splits are calculated at the moment of sale. Payout timing is set in your agreement, and can be as fast as nightly settlement after each show.
