FAQ

Artist questions.

How much do I earn from resale?

You and the venue agree on your split for each show, typically a few percent of every resale. It’s taken automatically at the moment of sale and shows up in your settlement, no chasing required.

Do I need my venue to use this platform?

For a given show, yes, because the venue or promoter sells the tickets. We work with artists and managers to bring their venues and promoters on board, and touring artists can request us for their dates.

Can I get a tour advance?

Yes. Artists and their teams can access advances against projected tour ticket sales, recouped across dates from settlement.

Do I control the resale price?

No, and you don’t need to. Fans set their own resale price and you get your split either way. Because every buyer is a verified fan, resale prices tend to stay closer to face value.
